CLASSES AND SPORTS PROGRAMS:
All refunds or withdraws from sports or classes need to occur prior to the first class and/or practice.
After the classes and practice begins, any request for refund should be submitted on behalf of the patron. Provide detail on why a refund is being requested after the program has started. The refund request must be signed by the supervisor of the class or sport enrollment. The request is then submitted to the Recreation Manager over the class or sport enrollment. The decision to approve or deny the refund will be decided on a case-by-case basis. It is not guaranteed that a refund will be processed after the programs have started.
Because of the above policies, refunds requests must be submitted in a timely manner. Any refund request after thirty (30) days, will need to be approved by the Director.
If a patron disputes any policy listed above, complete a refund request form, and advise them that the request will be submitted to the Director’s office for review and disposition.
