SB CITY OUTREACH

San Bernardino has joined forces with Hope the Mission, a non-profit dedicated to tackling homelessness, to extend vital assistance five days a week. Our collaborative outreach team is committed to offering case management and transportation services to those seeking shelter, accessing crisis support, pursuing rehabilitation, or reconnecting with their families through reunification programs.

Our Outreach and Engagement team remains steadfast in their efforts, delivering essential services to individuals experiencing homelessness. We provide diverse resources, including access to longer-term shelters, rehabilitation programs, and assistance with family reunification. Our priority is to ensure that housing opportunities are prioritized for residents of the City of San Bernardino.
