International Council of Shopping Centers
Innovation and evolution begin with the marketplace industry. International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) is an annual premier event that brings together dealmakers and industry experts to connect on the needs of the community and economy. ICSC provides an environment where ideas on commerce and culture can be exchanged. ICSC strengthens the way communities engage with marketing, public relations, and public policy.
The City of San Bernardino is one of the largest cities in the Inland Empire seeking to grow and attract its community through strategic development. We strive to elevate the standards of living and experience for community members with new projects, plans, and development. Our Future 2050 plan targets to enhance public engagement, housing, community and identity, development and design standards, and environmental review alongside public, private, and non-profit partnerships to sustainably allocate the best practices of the City’s resources in an efficient and effective manner. It is an ambitious view from the perspective of a resident, businessperson, or visitor of the City in 2050.
San Bernardino is a place for growth in innovation and evolution. Prioritizing and building strategic partnerships with intergovernmental and community-based agencies such as local educational institutions, medical service providers, business, state, local, county, and regional entities, and local joint power authorities to leverage resources to sustain the features that make the City of San Bernardino attractive in the marketplace industry.
