San Bernardino Seeks Input from Residents
and Developers on a One Stop Shop
The City of San Bernardino Community and Economic Development Department will be holding two town hall style meetings to gather input from residents, developers, and contractors on how to design its One Stop Shop for obtaining permits.
There will be an evening meeting on Tuesday, April 25 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Feldheym Library (555 W 6th Street) and a daytime meeting on Wednesday, April 26 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm on the second floor multi-purpose room at 201 N. E. Street.
City staff are particularly interested in hearing from residents, developers, and contractors who have sought permits from the City in recent years to learn more about their experiencing navigating San Bernardino's approval process or to share similar experiences in other cities.
A One Stop Shop is a single location that allows a project applicant to discuss their project with multiple departments at once in an effort to consolidate, speed up, and simplify the permitting process.
