SPECIAL NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC
THE DECEMBER 6 CITY COUNCIL MEETING WILL BEGIN
AT 5:00PM AS A SPECIAL MEETING
General Public Comment May Begin as Early as 6:00 p.m.
Update: On Tuesday, December 5, Item #21 was added to the Consent Calendar - "Extending the City’s Deadline to Establish an Online Permitting System for Post-entitlement Phase Permits in Accordance with State Law."
The December 6 Council Meeting is noticed as a SPECIAL MEETING taking place in two sessions. The first session will begin at 5:00 pm and is limited to two DISCUSSION items. Immediately after those two DISCUSSION items, but no earlier than 6pm, session two of the SPECIAL MEETING will begin.
The items scheduled for session 1 on the agenda, along with any public comment on those items, will take place at 5:00 pm. General public comment (for items listed or not listed on session 2 of the agenda, including closed session) is scheduled to begin at 6:00 pm. The Mayor and Council Members will adjourn to closed session upon the conclusion of all open session items.
As usual, the meeting will take place at the Norman F. Feldheym Library, located at 555 W 6th St, San Bernardino, CA 92410
