San Bernardino Police Call Center received a 911 call regarding a subject down in the 2800 block of West Rialto Avenue. Patrol officers were dispatched and found the victim on scene suffering from gunshot wounds. The victim was pronounced deceased. The San Bernardino Police SWAT
Team responded to the scene and secured the location. Homicide detectives responded and conducted an investigation. Detectives are attempting to identify the suspect(s) and motive for the shooting.
